Without a doubt they're still around, and super busy from what I can tell. They were probably shut for Good Friday. jcmurphy is right, follow the phone numbers/e-mail addresses on their website...it always seems to work for me.
My guess is they were closed for the long weekend, they're definatley still going and insanely busy.
Glad to here they are going strong.
I have to e-mail them or phone when our season is over. i have been approved to get a new scrapper and 2 blades.
What is better, battrey or electric. i have an electric but would love the battrey so i don't have to stop and move the cord.

Battery is a much better option, not only for convenience, but safety!
Ice King's new batteries that they came out with last year are fantastic. The new Super 07 is a great machine to work with. Bill worked in some major upgrades over the old super scraper.
I'd recommend you go with the Ice King Super 07.

you would think that Duct Tape is,all he can say is the supper 7 is great, dosen't he read the forum befor he responds! LOL the old supper is what we all have and what dose the matter, i modified my snow blower so i can put my blade on,wouldn't no the difference,it's the blade that cuts.try calling JT Knife thers always an answer.

You may have a differing opinion, and that's fine. Icemaster also has good products, I haven't brought that into question.
